This rainbow of bibs IS the end of the rainbow
Confession: my 5-month-old daughter is a drooler. We knew she probably would be before she was born because my husband was a drooler (when he was a baby). As such, I'd purchased lots and lots of bibs before my baby was born. It's not that I don't love my baby and all her messiness, but I'm just not a body fluids person. Also, I hate wet clothes, I hate chunks of food sticking to clothes, and I hate having to change outfits all the time because food and drool get all over them. I hate these things for myself and for my baby. Now, once my baby was born, I learned a lot about bibs that I didn't know when I was scooping up every bib I could get my hands on before she was born... First, I learned that size matters. Large bibs get cumbersome. Bibs that wrap all around the baby (like those fabulous Aden and Anais bib/burb cloth devices), are just too much when I need to put a bib on my baby when she's in the carseat, for example. Bibs that are too small tend to not provide enough coverage when my daughter turns her head and spits up or when she pulls her cute little fists to her face and knocks the bib aside. These bibs are the perfect size. Perfect. Secondly, I learned that the clasp can make the difference between tears and laughter--mine and my daughters. Some bibs have Velcro closures that are just so, so awful...the edge of the Velcro pulls up away from the fabric and scratches my daughter on the neck. Other bibs have cheap Velcro that is not name brand and that does not actually hold the bib closed. Still, other bibs are made with snaps, which always stay shut and never scratch a sensitive area--but they have be tremendously difficult to get closed--particularly if you're trying to do it with one hand, as I often am while holding my daughter. These bibs have just the right Velcro (not sure if it's name brand--and don't care). It provides full coverage without being scratchy--and I can secure the closure with just one hand. Finally, for the purposes of keeping this review short, material. I have plastic bibs, rubber bibs, terrycloth bibs, and every other material you can image. I'm serious--I went bib crazy. I've found that some bibs--like the muslin bibs from Aden and Anais--are just fabulous at absorbing spit and wiping a cute little face clean. However, they do nothing for spit-up chunks and food dribble--it just pools and puddles and gets caked in. Plastic bibs are great for feeding time when you can take it over to the sink and clean it immediately after--or as soon as your baby is done rubbing her hands all in the dribbled food that's all over the bib. These bibs are great for catching spit-up, chunky stuff, and food--as long as you clean them in a washer right after. Plus, they are soft so if you find a clean corner when your baby is done eating or drooling or whatever, you can wipe her face clean! All in all, the only thing I would change about these bibs is that I would make them odor resistant. Like with my daughters little outfits, if I don't change these bibs soon after she's spit up, they (the bib and the baby) very quickly smell like spoiled milk and I find that odor repugnant. As soon as you remove the bib, the baby goes back to smelling sweet and delicious. So--it's a good thing there are so many of these in a pack. Plus--you can find one to match any outfit--yours and your baby's!

Have bought 3 packs already
Love these bibs. They have a large piece of Velcro on them so they stay put. My daughter has trouble pulling these off, unlike some others. The neck hole is smaller than some of the other bibs we've purchased so they fit tighter to the neck and less food ends up on the neck of clothing. Waterproof - have yet to have fluids soak through them. We've bought 3 packs so far, and counting. They do stain, but not sure that any bib wouldn't (other than plastic). Don't tear up in the wash either. 1 of the packs we purchased was when our daughter was a newborn - she's almost 10 months old now and we are still using the original 10.

Best Baby Buy
Before I ramble on... if you are thinking about buying these bibs, don’t question it anymore, JUST DO IT! I originally bought these bibs at buy buy baby, thought they were overpriced at $17.99 for a 10 pack. When I used them for the first time I understood why they were a little more expensive, because they are AWESOME!!!! My son is an excessive drooler, and I mean EXCESSIVE, drooling through a normal bib about every hour or less. We go through a lot of bibs in this house. I’ve tried fabric bibs, the plastic bibs, neither really worked the fabric ones got soaked fast, plastic ones the drool or spit up just ran down. These bibs are the perfect combination, they are fabric, but between the fabric layers is plastic. So when the bib absorbed drool, spit, his formula and whatever else ends up coming out of his mouth... the wetness didn’t go through to his clothes and most importantly his sensitive skin. These bibs also hold up so well! Most of the bibs I’ve bought have shrunk, shriveled and fallen apart after being washed daily, these bibs look the exact same as they did the day I bought them (minus a few food stains on the white one) they don’t shrink or anything! After using these bibs for a month I just had to go looking for more and I found them here on amazon for an even better price!! I will be buying these bibs for everyone I know having a baby they are seriously that good. If you are thinking about buying these just DO IT.

Best bib on the market for drooling babies
For some babies, bibs are optional. For my son, bibs were a requirement for the first year of his life. I bought this pack of bibs for my daughter, making it the fourth set in our house. My son wore one of these bibs all day, everyday, unless he was sleeping. He was the drooliest baby in all the land, and after trying every. single. bib. we found these on Amazon. They have a waterproof inner layer, with soft terrycloth on both sides and a Velcro closure. These are not the super loud and crunchy bibs (you know which ones I mean), nor are these those useless ones you get as gifts without the plastic inside (because all that does is make everything soaked). The colors are super bright, don’t bleed, fade resistant, and coordinate with everything you could possibly have in your little one’s dresser. I have a few bibs that have literally been through three kids in four years, washed a thousand times and they still look pretty great. Best shower gift ever for new moms, too!

Small but perfect, our only set of bibs
This set of bibs has been all we’ve used for meals since 6 months and my son is almost two. Pros: they’ve held up well to being washed 1-2x weekly (close the Velcro prior to washing to prolong use). A big enough package so that we didn’t have to buy any other bibs (my OCD side wanted all bibs of the same style). Simple, nice color variety, solid w no pattern. Seem to repel steins well bc after 1.5 years of use non of ours are stained. Cons: at first I thought the neck opening was too small when we began using these on our then 6 month old. I fastened the Velcro at the edges instead of fully and soon that chubby baby neck was gone (😩😩) and they fit perfectly. These are not super large bibs so the coverage at the chest is smaller than many others- this was perfect for us bc I didn’t want the bib to get in the way of his hands reaching for food/spoon/glass etc.

Baby with reflux? Best bibs ever!!
As with any parent, we have amassed a large collection of adorable bibs. Ones that match an outfit. Ones that have witty little sayings on them. So many bibs. They are so necessary , but some are just better than others. These are better then them all for a baby who spits up or has reflux. These have a waterproof backing, that is so important. What’s the use of a bib if it absorbs the liquid and then transfers it to the clothes underneath?! No ma’am. I do not have the time for that. And what about the ones that get all balled up that you have to pull and stretch them before getting them on your dear drooly child? Some people may have time to iron 20 bibs, but those people are not my husband and I. These STAY flat. They do not ball up, they come out of the dryer flat and ready to catch errant drool.

The best bibs I've ever used--and I have four kids.
Where have these been all my mom life? My current baby is a drooly mess and every other bib was instantly soaked and her clothes were constantly wet. I change these about twice per day and her clothes stay nice and dry and the bib is easy on and easy off to snap the odd picture. I wash them daily and have had no issues with tearing, although the yellow bibs did fade quickly. All the other colors are fine. I'll be getting a second set and giving them as gifts.

Great colors, one for every outfit
I wanted these so I had a color to go with every outfit. I bought them when my son was 3months. They were a little big but he has grown into them. They are very absorbent and wash well. And the Velcro is strong so my son can't pull them off. My sons neck got a little irritated but he also has such big cheeks his slobber and sweat creates a rash from rubbing but I just get him a new dry one. Pros: The diversity of colors The strong Velcro Outstand the many washes Plenty in one pack Material is soft Well made with strong stitching Doesn't get pills from washing (look new every time) Cons Little big for under 8m (If you like them bigger then no big deal) Still gave them five stars because now that he's bigger they work great and don't cover is while chest

Excellent, keeps our baby's clothes dry
These work phenomenally well. Our little guy can fill his bath with the amount of drool he produces. We tried another type of bib with a plastic liner but found it too stiff and noisy. But after using cotton bibs that soaked through to his shirt we needed to find a better solution. These did the trick. They are soft enough that you don't hear or feel the plastic insert and after a few washes we haven't had any issues with the material even when putting them through the dryer. The color assortment is nice so you can match them up with outfits but honestly, all we care about is that they work well and his clothes stay dry under the bib.

Best bibs ever!
I was a little leery of these bibs, because it says waterproof, and I did NOT want an itchy plastic lining! My son drools CONSTANTLY, so I wanted a variety of colors to match his outfits, since he lives in them. These bibs are AWESOME! They are waterproof without a lining, so his clothes never end up soaked with drool! They're big enough, we've been using them since he was about 4 months, and he's nine months now, and they still fit great. The Velcro is nice and strong, and not the cheap stuff, so I don't have to worry about the bibs falling off. These are the best bibs I've ever bought!! (Not a very good pic, but he has a bib to match every outfiT)
