I was told to apply for a specific scholarship, but I'm to dumb to even finish the application forms and CV (text form required) in a way that doesn't sound like I'm dumb, incompetent and completely clueless about what I'm doing in my studies and where I'm going with my studies even though all of this totally applies to me. And now I've really worked myself up with this whole application thing, even though I should've done something different in the meantime to be productive, because I don't even have the smallest chance to get this scholarship and yeah now I haven't even done something else for my studies in weeks, even though this would have been more effective, this application is a waste of time. I'm already freaking out when I think about the assessment center (everyone who applies is invited to one) because it will be so embarrassing to be among the other applicants, who all apply with a lot of job experience and volunteer work etc...

Be me. A normal guy in highschool in germany. I am very good in track and field. One day I was thinking about going to america. I worked together with an athlete agency and got a 100% scholarship for an university in america. This all happend around january. And there was one thing I didn’t wanted to happen. Falling in love in germany. Because I would be gone for 4 years. But on a warm summer night a party I saw her and she sat next to me because I was sitting alone a table. We talked and fell inlove instantly. We are still in love but now I am over 7000km away from her somewhere in america. The next time I’ll see her is in december and it hurts so bad.

I've never been rejected before, but this one, I just felt it. It's really fucking sucks. And what worse is that she didn't even rejected me, she's just don't care. Its lower than being rejected. She didn't say no, but she's like "ok, if you love me so much I'll play along and let you imagine that we're in love in your head. But don't get me wrong. We're not." and yes, I stupidly sending her texts, which she seldomly replied, and buying her stuffs and she's like "ow, ok, thanks". I asked her to have lunch together at work, but she keeps turning it down, ended up with me, eating alone. She did take some selfies with me, but then later she asked "so, have you posts your selfies with your 'so called gf' yet?" it's devastating. It's better if she just say "don't ever talk or text me again". But what even worse, I love her, and I still wants to try.

This may not sound like a big deal, but I feel like a tadpole in a lake. My relatives are those types of Christians that has a bible in the living room for reading and my grandpa (from my late mom's side), whom I tend to visit for about two weeks, is Mormon. The reason why I feel alone is because I'm agnostic (personal reasons) but I'm not sure how and when to tell them without feeling like a black sheep (even though nobody says anything). I've heard "just tell them". But, that's easier said than done. I also tend to overthink on so many ways it could go wrong or right and I'm never sure which path is the right one. I'm sorry for this long comment. I wish I had therapy, but...people talk and I have gossipy relatives.

The first time in my 33 life i fall in love so badly, that when i was rejected, i developed now a slight depression, and scared that it will go beyond that. I live with my folks in house, i have a good job and want a family. I don't want to be alone i want love to be both sided, i am scared i tried but i can't find someone that it will go both ways it is always one way, the pain is just unbearable. I am praying that i am going to get out of that but if i don't i pray that i will end up quick.

People here have bigger problems and I am not trying to pretend mine are equal to theirs. Despite that what I face makes me feel completely powerless, tired and just angry. I have a ton of big brown hairy moles all over my body but especially my face, have to wear glasses and I have a bad overbite that is very visible from certain angles. Whenever I look in the mirror I feel like crap and a monster. No matter what haircut I get or what good fitting jacket I wear I look terrible with all these ugly things on my body. I am not trying to impress anyone or be attractive, but I wish I could just feel well in my own skin.
