Xoài gọt vỏ sạch rồi bào sợi mỏng. Rau húng quế rửa sạch rồi thái sợi nhỏ. Cho xoài, rau húng quế, cá khô vào cái thố to rồi rưới nước mắm tỏi ớt lên và trộn đều khoảng 3 - 5 phút.
Rắc đậu phộng rang chín lên trên là hoàn thành món ăn rồi đấy! Món ăn này hợp để ăn chơi hoặc ăn nhậu lai rai với bánh đa khô, nhấm nháp với một chút bia tươi, dường như xua tan cái nóng đầu mùa những ngày này.
